Would have been a better read if the contents were written in a clear and straight forward way. A proofreader would have been a great help. Cheers!

This book is excellent. It emphasizes the importance of asking the right questions to ourselves as a key to breaking free from repetitive cycles. The insights offered are thought-provoking and truly help in self-reflection. **Suggestion for Improvement:** At the end of the book, I noticed a few grammatical errors that could benefit from a careful review. Addressing these would enhance the overall reading experience.
