The book itself, its layout, and the built in read aloud feature are top notch. However, the price drops the rating down 2 stars. I would purchase more Llama Llama books if the prices were more reasonable. I knew the cost going in and I can't fault anyone for that, but after having the book a few days now, I must admit, I probably jumped in too quickly. We own a physical copy and my 2 year old daughter loves both types, but I should have just saved a YouTube video for her and been done.

Great book and my 4 year old loves llama llama books... But $9.78 for a 10 page book? That's crazy. I suggest getting physical copies

My daughter loves this book (we have a hard copy) not sure though that I want to pay an additional $15 just to have it on my phone, was thinking it would be offered for less... For that I can scan in my hard copy!

About the author

Anna Dewdney wrote Llama Llama Red Pajama for her own little llamas (her two daughters) when they were young girls. Now they are grown, and the bestselling Llama Llama series continues to comfort and entertain new generations of children. Anna was a strong proponent of reading aloud to children, but she also loved to see how excited they were when they could begin to read on their own.
