Prof. R.K. Mishra is a graduate of the International Management Programme, SDA Bocconi,(Italy). He has handled assignments for the Union Ministeries of Finance, Power, Trade and Commerce, and Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises.

Prof. Samanta Sahu is a faculty member at the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad.
