E. L. Chen's novel Summerwood/Winterwood was longlisted for a Sunburst, Canada’s juried SFF award, and recommended as a Best Book for Kids and Teens by the Canadian Children's Book Centre. Her short fiction has been published in venues such as Strange Horizons, On Spec, and The Dark, and her gothic novella I Could Be Your Family Too is forthcoming from Interstellar Flight Press. She lives in Toronto with her son.
