This series is one that I could read a hundred times and never get bored. The epic romance and fast paced action throughout creates the perfect setting for a supernatural/star crossed love story. The plot is so well set and has you hooked until the very end. The same can be said about the follow up series about Sydney sage, a young and troubled alchemist who's life becomes increasingly complicated after a run in with our protagonist rose. I very highly recommend both these series.

For those who are a fan of vampire stories that are more than just about undying love...don't get me wrong the twilight saga is nice enough, but if you want abit more this book packs a punch of passion, rebelliousness and a great friendship at the heart of it. A great find and this is just the start :)

Once you read the whole series, and read it over again, you see how it all ties together from book 1. It is such an amazing concept, and well created world. I've always absolutely loved it!
