Engaged in ophthalmology for 30 years, proficient in strabismus correction surgery, excimer laser myopia correction surgery, cataract phacoemulsification surgery, eye tumor and eye plastic surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of difficult ophthalmic diseases such as ocular myasthenia gravis. In 2018, she was awarded the title of "Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Doctor of Guangdong Province", in 2019, she was awarded the title of "Lingnan Famous Doctor", and in 2020, she was awarded the title of "Good Doctor in Yangcheng". In scientific research, she has been engaged in the research of eye tissue regeneration, the application of stem cells in eye tissues, and ocular myasthenia gravis. She has presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation Of China; more than 10 provincial, municipal, and school-level scientific research fund projects; published more than 90 papers in domestic and foreign journals (including corresponding authors of papers in SCI including Biomater Adv, Stem Cell Res, Exp Eye Res, Expert Opin Ther Targets, J Tissue Eng Regen Med, etc.). She is the chief editor of “Ocular Myasthenia Gravis Zhou Qing 2022 Viewpoint”. Participated in the compilation of the 4th edition of the “Ophthalmology”of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" textbook of the National Health Commission, including 2 copies of the paper version and the digital version. Participated in the compilation of the People's Health Publishing House's “National Advanced Health Professional Qualification Examination Guide Ophthalmology”, “National Advanced Health Professional Qualification Examination Exercise Set Series Ophthalmology Exercise Set”, “Q&A on Ocular Tumor-related Knowledge” , “Ophthalmology Learning Question Set” and other works, as well as the compilation of “Basic Theory and Clinical Practice of Ocular Surface Diseases” and “Chinese and Western Corneal Disease Studies”. Authorized 2 patents. As a major participant, She won the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Second Prize twice in 2003 and 2005. In 2004, She won the Excellent Paper Award of the National Optometry Academic Symposium. In 2009, She was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award for Female Ophthalmologists in Guangdong Province" by the Guangdong Medical Association. In 2014, She won the Excellent Paper Award of the Guangdong Ophthalmology Annual Meeting. In 2022, She won the Second Prize of the Academic Exchange Competition of the Guangdong Ophthalmology Annual Meeting. From 2010 to the present, She has trained nearly 20 ophthalmology master's students and 6 doctoral students, and 2 postdoctoral fellows in the station.

Having been engaged in medical education, research, and management for over 30 years. He was one of the first in China to carry out research on corneal limbal transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation. He has successively served as a member of the Corneal Disease Group of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the National Ocular Surface Disease Research Group, a member of the Eye Bank Collaboration Group; a national committee member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; a national committee member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; a national committee member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medical Equipment Association; vice chairman of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association; vice chairman of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association; vice chairman of the Humanities Medical Work Committee of the Guangdong Medical Association; and an editorial board member of the journals Advances in Ophthalmology, Chinese Journal of Practical Ophthalmology, Ophthalmology Research, and Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology. The series of studies on "Pathological Mechanism and Treatment of Ocular Alkali Burns" and "Basic and Clinical Studies on Ocular Surface Disease and Ocular Surface Reconstruction" that he led were awarded the second prize of Guangdong Province Science and Technology. In recent years, I have led and participated in more than 10 national, provincial, and municipal scientific research projects. I have contributed to the compilation of academic works and planned textbooks such as "Basics and Clinical Practice of Corneal Diseases", "Basics and Clinical Practice of Ocular Surface Diseases", "Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Corneal Diseases", "Practical Ocular Surface Disease", and "Geriatric Medicine". I have published over 100 professional academic papers domestically and internationally. I have been awarded titles such as "Famous Doctor of Lingnan" and "Influential Doctor in China".
