4.5stars-SPY WITH ME is the 5th book in Lexi Blake’s contemporary, adult MASTERS AND MERCENARIES: NEW RECRUITS erotic, Dom/sub , second generation romance series, set in the author’s numerous interconnected series.This is CIA operative, deep ops agent Captain Zach Reed, and fashion designer Devi Taggart’s story line. The character driven premise is detailed,complex and dramatic; the romance is fated and passionate; the characters are desperate, determined, charismatic and powerful.

had trouble putting Zach and Devi’s story down. It had heat, heart, and plenty of action. It was beautifully written and interesting. I love how it progresses the overarching story while still focusing on Zach, Devi, and the team. I can’t wait for the next book and definitely recommend reading this book and entire series.
