Dr. Cleamon Moorer is the dean of the College of Business at Baker College. Baker College is Michigan's largest, independent institution of higher education. His path to university teaching is far from traditional. He made the leap of faith to resign from a Global Service Executive position at AT&T to start-up a management consulting firm. He began university teaching at the age of 26.Â
He credits God for transforming him from being a college flunk-out to becoming an engineer, executive, consultant, and ultimately a university professor and dean all in less than 20 years.
