In other words, health is the ability to function effectively within a given environment. Good health also involves continuous adaptation to changes in the physical, biological, and social environment. Environmental Pollution, and Health expounds the three main types of environmental pollutionย—air, water, and landย—and their effects on human health. It also focuses on photochemical air pollution, marine pollution, thermal pollution, noise pollution, and radioactive pollution and their effects on human health.
