About this ebook

'...He's more myself than I am. Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.'

Mr Earnshaw brings home Heathcliff, an orphan, to raise him. His daughter, Catherine, falls deeply in love with Heathcliff, while her brother, Hindley, despises him. Despite loving Heathcliff, Cathy chooses to marry Edgar Linton, leaving the orphan burning with vengeance.

Wuthering Heights is a story of obsession, cruelty, passion and vengeance that cast its shadow through generations of two families.

Emily Bronte's only novel has sparked controversies and conversations and defied conventions to answer one simple question: What happens when the past refuses to stay buried?
