worst application. Transactions are never successful. They say within 3 hours the amount will get credited to the beneficiary but after 3 days I see the transaction failed. very poor customer service. even after multiple follow ups via email and chat, finally I got a call from customer service and they don't know anything about the transaction and banking. without knowledge they are just trying to tell some stories to convince customers. They say some critical issue that's it. nothing more than

This app is a mixed bag. On the one hand, its normal transaction process is very easy to use and delivers on the promised Google Rate. On the other hand, the app has significant issues. There doesn't appear to be an option to remove or edit a source account, which may or may not be a device-specific problem. The customer support is also very poor, with chat responses sometimes taking up to 13 hours and resolution times that feel endless.

i did transaction 3 days before still showing transaction under process. Still they didn't even refund also. I tried to contact customer care but no one responding. last month also happened same like this, and after 1 week they refund amount. But this time even customer service also not responding even. I send messages through app and email to customer care as well, But no response. now finally after 5 days and 6 hrs my money got credited
