HEIDI

"Heidi" is a mobile application for residents of houses of the company "ISKO-CH" in the residential area "Novy Gorod", the city of Cheboksary.

The application allows you to:
• communicate with neighbors and employees of the management company "Veltaun" in built-in chats, vote for the adoption of common decisions and promptly send requests for technical maintenance.
• monitor data on the readings of apartment meters and transfer them to the management company.
• receive and pay receipts for housing and communal services, control your expenses.
• manage gates and wickets located on the adjacent territory.
• receive calls from the intercom panel on smartphones and regular phones.
• view images from video cameras, parking lots and playgrounds.

Residents of the Welltown and Yalav residential complexes can use the application to control the Smart Home system in their apartment from anywhere in the world, create convenient scenarios with clear settings, promptly control the sensor system and household appliances, notify about emergency situations - these and other modern Smart Home capabilities are available in the Heidi application.
