Very heavy program. Disconnect alot. Not only, so many features are missing, it is almost impossible to migrates the chats from iPhone to android, also no backup is offered to email nor to the phone number itself, if you registered the same phone number to the other device it is like having another account. besides it is impossible to speak with a customer service human being as the only available is the bot and no telephone number as this UAE telephone number is out of reach

I’m having an issue registering an account on Botim. Although I received the verification code, when I submitted it, the app showed “No Internet Connection.” I believe this is a bug, as my internet connection is stable. I reported this issue via the customer service email, and raised s ticket, but no one has responded. It’s been almost a month! And this the third times I tried for the customers.ervice

Initially, the transaction showed as "Completed," but after about an hour, the status changed to "Failed." The app now shows that the amount has been refunded to my account, but I have not received the money yet.
