don't show available rooms and dates. Customer service on the application is a waste of time. How come you don't offer a toll-free international phone number for those who are out of Panama?

App is quite slow and when you press the back button at the bottom of your screen (instead of the one at the top of the app) it takes you all the way back to the launch page and you have to login again. Really frustrating. A few of the menus are in Spanish as default as well for some reason when English is selected as language.

We absolutely adore Riu Monica. From the moment off arrival where we were welcomed with a refreshing drink to the fantastic dining and entertainment ( where "Elvis" sang his best numbers). We had a great time in a great location. Thank you so much.
