as a paid user for over a year I can recommend the app. I would love to have a new feature for stretching. maybe as a category when exploring excersices in the "Excercies" tab. I'd like to select the muscle group that I want to stretch and have a few suggestions + details on excecution. lately I've been looking to stretch certain muscles that I don't know the name of so it would be really useful to be able to just tab on the illustration the muscle I want to stretch and have the list.

Great app, updates are nice. There should be a way to edit your workout time though. I did a workout but couldn't use the app at the time. You're still able to log the workout but there's no way to add in how long your workout was.

I love Gym WP! It's like having a personal trainer on call. It's nice that I can just open the app and my custom workout is ready, so I don't have to figure out what I'm doing each day. It's also easy to customize each workout based on what equipment you have available. Even if you choose to focus on one main area of your body, it still incorporates the rest of the body for a full body workout. And, it lets you know which muscles are fatigued, weakened, etc., so you don't overwork them.
