快递配送问题，说需要更多信息，我已经留了全部要用到的信息了。点重新配送，要我输入手机号，输入手机号之后说无法找到该号码，所以不能上传信息。我无法想象一个物流公司怎么能糟糕成这个样子

在送货员送上门的时候没有任何动静，然后他也没有留下任何的信息或地址，去官网找可以取包裹的地点说是要下载app，打开app输入电话号码又说奥地利不在服务区内（那为什么会送呢？）又去官网找联系方式找到whatapp上的机器人回复我说会尽快给我消息但等了一天还是什么都没有，只能说是祝你们早日破产吧

能别用尽量别用，中东人智商低根本不会经营，服务态度很差，信息更新很慢。
