Wow, this is awesome! It has everything I need: planning progression, RIR, calculating 1RM depending on reps and RIR (even for weighted bodyweight exercises), and even setting the bodyweight percentage involved in bodyweight exercises! My first impression is very good, and I can’t wait to try it during my workout!

We understand your frustration! Removing the free version wasn’t easy, but it allows us to deliver the highest quality app that keeps improving for years to come.
