블랙샤크 v2 pro 화이트 버전 샀는데 앱에서는 플레이스테이션 에디션만 지원하네요.. 블랙샤크 v3는 종류별로 전부 지원하는데 왜 v2 pro만 지원을 안하는지.. 아쉽네요

바라쿠다 X plus 제품이 레이저 오디오 앱으로 연동이 되는 걸로 알고 있는데, 블루투스 모드로 페어링 상태로 찾고 있는데 앱에서 찾지를 못하네요. 제가 잘 못 알고 있는 건가요? 제품페이지에도 설명서에도 앱으로 설정 가능하다고 되어 있는데 왜 안되는 건가요? plus 제품이 지원을 안하는 건가요
