I use mainly remote which works great, but I see now that phone app was much improved and I love that I can switch between 3 modes for navigation! 😎 I love text input mode. App is rly great, but not perfect: When using mouse mode in home screen I can't switch between Home and Apps category on top? Also when scrolling (also mouse mode) and if I'm in the middle and scrolling up I don't even see cathegories on top... 🤷🏻‍♂️😯 Touchpad mode is too sensitive and I always miss wanted buttons. 😅🙈

Form over function. In an effort to make the gui seem fancy, they hid the volume buttons under a pop up button. This makes you have to click this button each and every time you want to mute or adjust the volume. It is *extremely* annoying and causes twice as many taps to use them.

Appalling design and function. For such a great product, this apps functionality is terrible. It doesn't even pop up your keyboard when you click the search function. You have to use your phone like a mouse pad and select every letter individually. Terrible integration with Netflix, even though the app is there. No Kayo app either. Just an all round terrible app with extremely limited use. Needs a major overhaul immediately.
