Disappointing experience with Instashop! My account was blocked during an online purchase and from customer care, the issue remains unresolved. I had successfully placed an order from instashop but my account was blocked after making order. Already added cards for payment and deducted. It's frustrating to see customer concerns not being taken seriously. No response in mail also. Until Instashop improves its customer service, I would advise others to think twice before using their services.

This app is giving an instapoint to use. But because of misinformation about the items and they never put "NA" when you are picking items, they will substitute it with a high price. So you are not getting a discount. They are just promoting that you have points, but they will never let you have a discount. You are paying a high amount. No less. They need to update the apps so that if some items are not available, they are listed directly. There is no need to substitute for a much higher price.

I use InstaShop all the time for groceries and food, and it never disappoints. Orders show up within 30–45 minutes, fresh and well-packed, with plenty of options from supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. Whenever there’s a small issue, support sorts it out quickly, making it super reliable.
