Great app but unable to make payment of individual transactions on overdue amounts. Please enable the system to receive payments. I am trying to pay, but customer care keeps telling me they will send it to legal. But the system that usually allows payment of individual transaction amounts is now locked on my app. It is all or nothing. Isn't the point of credit to also receive payment. I am getting charged the overdue fee. Why can't I make payments on the individual overdue transactions then?

I absolutely love using Tabby The process is incredibly smooth and straightforward. I was able to buy what I needed and split the payments with zero interest or hidden fees. It really helps with budgeting and makes bigger purchases much less stressful. The app is user-friendly, and the payment reminders are very helpful. Couldn't ask for more!

It won't deduct automatically even though the option is on, I always make sure I have enough money in my card but it doesn't work, I even tried another card, just to be surprised it also didn't deduct! Last time I had to contact customer service to pay, they kept saying it's a problem in my bank but I already checked with the bank and they said nothing was wrong with my card!
