Changed to third Different device with even better hardware, still having intermittent disconnection problems. triva chat did not give any solutions. No support at all from the devs. Response in play store is just " try disconnecting and reconnecting your mobile data" which never solve the problem since its not the problem to begin with

Sore Kak Ghilman. Maaf untuk ketidaknyamanannya. Silakan aktifkan airplane mode kemudian cari jaringan secara manual. Gunakan Mode Jaringan Data dengan memilih salah satu pengaturan 3G/4G/LTE only. Jangan lupa restart HPnya dulu ya. Thanks

I cannot use the Application at all, it says "Currently our system has a problem and is unable to process your request" Clear Cache, Reinstall, Update, force stop, reloaded still doesn't work, it probably because hardware / software compatibility issue. My device's: ITEL P55 5G, Android 13.

Just install app this week, and order simcard with internet package. Somehow order never arrived, the courier send me WA, said your place too far let's pick up simcard by yourself. if not reply his message soonest, you can pick up simcard another day... At night i am check package status, the driver update status as deliveried. Contact Tri and Paxel, no any response so far
