They rarely accept rides when I need them the most, and even when they do, they often end up asking cancelling afterwards. They mostly prefer serving female passenger, which is quite unreasonable. When I need a ride the most no one accepts request. On the top of that, the pricing is expensive - we have to wait a long time and still end up paying extra, especially when the rider come from far away. This practice is highly disappointing.The only positive aspect is the promo code as an apology.

very Bad. They are wasting my 1 hour of time after making the request. Everyone just demands extra fare, if I don't agree, then they cancel the trip. I call the helpline and I don't get a solution. It's really bad.

I dont care about its background history but for now it's the worst ride sharing app, the riders literally ignores the rides that has discounted fare or the distance is little shorter. I had one emergency and I really wanted to get to the destination on time but no one accepted the request and had to go through the bus which eventually too double the time and I couldn't make it on time. if you can't help the customer with their problem then you don't deserve to be the one helping them
