The most disappointing aspect is that I'm shown a pickup location and the current amount offered. It doesn't show the destination. Quite a shock sometimes. I generally assume people would want a ride to a local event, work, or home. sometimes it's very long. I agree with a lot of others. The pay is often very little, for a person and their Car. much less than minimum wage in NJ. Eats, the pay seems even less.

The app sucks. I get a pop up telling me that my car insurance doesn't match my other documents, but won't tell me what exactly is missing on what documents, I can't view the documents, and when I get onto customer support I can't even send a message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried a different wifi connection, and my messages still consistently fail to send immediately after I hit send. How am I supposed to do anything if the app is this dysfunctional? 0/5 stars

Driving for this service used to be great, now they penalize you for literally everything even though its not your fault basically making it impossible to keep any of the Uber Pro status' for longer than a day or two. If you try to work a flat rate but you have to cancel because an order was picked up by someone else, they never received it or they won't be able to complete it before closing you'll never get to actually work your flat rate that you signed up for because they will yank it away.
