Changed up the app and makes you pay for what was free with the app originally. So now for my printers that I bought and paid for. Now they want me to pay more for stuff I was able to do in the app for free. I used to reccommend the printers that use this app. Not anymore I wont....this is just greedy. Make the AI stuff payable and leave the rest alone so you're not cheating old customers out of what they paid for. Cheating old customers mean that they won't come back.

I'm still happy to use the recent updates, as they are very useful, especially the batch printing feature. However, I have noticed that the character styles change when we print. Please look into this issue.

do better, like you have the marketing down, but the editor can be annoying- like you can't move things underneath something, even when you lock it. then I spent days creating labels just to buy one of your printers to connect the device and the app delete them all. like honestly what in the world. and this little sample roll you give too? a joke- the ad talks it up like it comes with a full roll.. kinda acting like a China scam- even more with paid icons and nameless fonts.
