Frustration with the app. For whatever reason, the app. will require me to enter my password at seemingly random times. It wouldn't be an issue but it only seems to happen when I am nowhere near my notebook with all my passwords in it. Trigger times seem slower than they should be. I have mine set to take 2 photos. The first photo seems like it's a little late and the second seems like it misses the animal more times than not, even when the animal is/was walking directly away from the camera.

Like the cameras but don't like the inability to manage my plans through the app. Have to go to a web browser to do that. It is too easy for a plan to be on auto renewal without knowing. It would be helpful if the app would open the photo/ camera that is in the notification when I click on it.

Hello, we’re glad you like the cameras. Currently, plan management is done via the web account to ensure security and provide customers complete control over purchases. Great app, easy to navigate menus give you total control of the times/photos/videos you need for your trail camera. In the recent update, it now has wind and precipitation layers in real-time, which is layered over either a satellite map or topographic map. The pin drop function also lets you drop pins around your area of choice to give you a quick look at the hunting area. Now, for the best part, the service! I called to upgrade my plan and the live chat service dept. finished in less then 7min
