It's been months and the "milestone reached" point in "worlds" is still glitching, forcing me out of the app. Now the "word tower" AND "wordlink" games aren't showing up, making it impossible to play them :/ Update: Now the entire "Worlds" game glitches after submitting a correct word, forcing you out of the app without any progress. Too many features are missing/glitchy to be able to spend any time in this app beyond the daily word portion.

Had to do a factory reset of phone, lost historical all data (a significant history of playing and associated coins/gens/ other rewards). Tried to reach out to support as listed in the app - email no longer exists. So glad I hadn't paid for the app yet (would be still have been willing to do so if customer support had just been reachable and able to fix this).

I like word games, but this one is very frustrating! I like their challenge of their wordlink game, but I don't like that they have taken away the option to buy extra keys so you can finish all the squares and get the reward. The only way to get keys is to spin the wheel, and they NEVER give you enough keys. Why not make it so keys can be bought for game coins in the "exchange store"? Also, if you have to watch an ad to get a spin or a reward, how about ONE ad and the reward is given?
