Carve Quest

I'm currently stuck on being unable to unlock the first lock. I have removed the gold around it, but I can't open it even though I have dine it several times. I waited the 8 hours to prestige, hoping that would help, but it's not working as well right now I had hoped deleting the cache would help, as it had helped me with a previous bug, but to no avail. I'm basically stuck right now and it makes no sense to play right now. Another update, no fix, gonna uninstall if next update does not fix it.

I have re-download this game 2 times now and still have the same issues. please fix theses: 1: robot and drones rank reset when you leave this game. 2: On the Sphere side no rewards. 3: the carving diamond logs are taking 6 hours to return instead of the 3 hours as well logs seem to be there when I go into the game but can't carve them even though I haven't played for over 8 hours.

I absolutely love playing but the game has some real fundamental flaws. progress randomly rewinds, I've been stuck on 4/5 of the key constructed for weeks, so I can't even finish the first lock! I wish I knew what comes after that, but no luck. No reply from makers, so I've reinstalled and lost all progress and money I'd spent. DO NOT BOTHER SPENDING CASH!!!!!!!
