I have been playing the game for 3 days and really enjoy it. However, today I encountered an issue. I spent about 20 minutes completing “Agony Floor 2,” during which I farmed a lot of items and gold. After finishing, a loading screen appeared, and the game failed to load. When I restarted the game, all of my 20 minutes of progress was lost. Edit : Happened second time ...

The game is different compared to the premium version as you have to buy some of the characters rather than unlock them through quests, and there is a gem and equipment upgrade system. However this version still comes with missing stuff such as the quest board being incomplete, and bugs such as not being able to complete certain quests or being able to receive artifacts. Please let me know what I should do to obtain artifacts after completing th quest the penny dropped.

Ok after playing this game for a few weeks, I noticed there are a lot of bugs... Like super a lot, even after the recent update. One thing that bothered me as how the Vault feature is totally different with the PC version. In the mobile version, you can't change how much do you want to pay for the offer with the gold and this is frustated me a lot! If you guys as the devs read this, oh please fix your game before release it globally. No wonder most of us gave this game lower rating anyway...
