I use Google Keep A LOT and have saved MANY notes over the past decade - some are quite long. So it's very frustrating when I search my notes for a specific word and it gives me all the notes that contain that word, BUT when I open each note, the word doesn't remain highlighted. That makes it VERY HARD to find. It needs to keep the searched word highlighted in each note or at least allow me to search within each of those notes again and let me jump to each highlighted occurrence in that note.

I love this app very much, I use it literally EVERYDAY, but a recent update has removed the dates off of the notes — that is not something I can accept. The dating in the notes are very important to me, I do A LOT of my own writing for my own books, and it's very handy to know when I wrote something down, not to mention the sentimental value of knowing when a note was made. You have taken away sentimental value from us!! This is such a big thing to take away from the app, that I might stop using

Hi Greyson. We suggest you clear apps cache on your device: Settings - Apps - Keep - Storage & cache - Clear cache. If that doesn't help, you may post your query in the Docs Community and get help from our experts: https://goo.gle/3o58rPT. Thank you.

Keep is simple and reliable... but actually too simple. It needs a feature to alphabetize the contents of a list. And searching the contents of a note to locate a word within it is a basic trivial function which is also missing. Collaboration is good... nice and flexible to be able to share a note with anyone, and/or with one's family group... that's why I still use this despite its glaring shortcomings.
