The tips are okay I guess.. however, not competitive in the realms of canceled orders. there's no compensation. say if you travel 10 mi out of your way go pick up an order and either the restaurant is closed or the customer cancels. I'm not happy with that at all. also, your navigation system is atrocious. I get lost more using it than I would by not. I shouldn't have to pull up another app to use yours. I'm very hydrated ever with the CDL. It's rather hard to find trusted drivers these days.

The people who use this app do not pay enough for the trips they want me to take. I am not about to go deliver your food 15 miles away after waiting for your food for 25 minutes just to be paid $3.50. That's not how this works. Your app is also too loud, restricts how I use my phone when I'm on your app, the map requires CONSTANT manhandling (which is illegal btw), and doesn't allow for the level of control over the app that I would expect from a company that actually cares about it's people.

The app sucks. I get a pop up telling me that my car insurance doesn't match my other documents, but won't tell me what exactly is missing on what documents, I can't view the documents, and when I get onto customer support I can't even send a message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried a different wifi connection, and my messages still consistently fail to send immediately after I hit send. How am I supposed to do anything if the app is this dysfunctional? 0/5 stars
