Terrible. Cluttered UI and completely unintuitive in use. I was recommended to use this by my university, but I'm switching to an alternative now. Once again: TERRIBLE | Edit: 'we'd like to get into contact with you to look into the issue'. How about no. If you can't identify these glaring issues without my input, I don't think there's any hope for this app anyway. This response is allready taking up more energy than I find reasonable so just review the product and figure it out for yourselves.

The user interface is just awful. Selecting a chapter from a book doesn't minimize the side bar to display the chapter selected, it just loads the chapter behind the side bar, and tapping the page to view it reloads the previous chapter selected. Back arrow? Goes back to the main library selection. The text-to-speech is an easy 7/10 though. It messes up a small handful of things like numbers/years, but for the price (nothing extra) it's fantastic.

I've been using booklet now for a keeping up with my coursework and it's been critical in aiding me in studying my material. If I have a few minutes to myself, I can easily open the app and start reading wherever I am, or I can listen to chapters while driving during my commute or doing other chores. Highly recommend! Only things I would add are maybe more options for AI voices and speeds with which to listen to the material. Otherwise, great app!!! <3
