Very Bad experience in the rewards redemption takes weeks sometimes months to process. Surveys are regular and disqualification is very less but it's only problem is processing the rewards, previously I used to receive the rewards within 5 minutes of redemption. I just hope that the process is improved for the betterment of the influencers. I have redeemed a reward on 21st August but when I contacted the customer support they said that it will take a few more weeks 😡. This is pathetic 😤.

This app is a scam, it's been more than a week since there have not been any surveys available, I just want to get points to redeem money but if there are no surveys I can't. They often also kick me in the middle of the survey because my profile didn’t match their preference. Even If I try to click on the contact us button nothing appears, it's as if they didn't put any info because it's actually a scam!!

I don't recommend this app. Only had a day to access the app and answered 4 surveys. The next day, my account was logged out and couldn't log back in. My credentials didn’t work, and I never received a password reset email. When I contacted support, they eventually replied saying my account was flagged due to "inconsistencies between the data provided and the system-detected settings." However, I used the same phone and was at home the entire time.
