1. Purpose
The purpose of the Application is to allow users to accumulate loyalty points with all partners accepting this program and to benefit from advantages associated with these points.
2. Account creation
The creation of a user account is necessary to fully benefit from the functionality of the Application. The information provided during account creation must be accurate, complete and up to date.
3. Application Features
a-The Application allows in particular:
• To create a user account;
• To consult the balance of loyalty points;
• To exchange the points for rewards either a product or a service for a value equivalent to the balance of the user's loyalty points collected from a partner (1 point = 1 dinars in voucher from partner);
• To receive personalized notifications (promotions, sales, flash sales, points collection, points conversion);
• To access exclusive offers.
b- Exchange your loyalty points for rewards
To redeem your loyalty points for rewards, you can choose either a product or a service from an affiliate partner. The value of your points will be converted into vouchers according to the established conversion rate: 1 loyalty point is equivalent to 1 dinar in vouchers. Here is an example of how it works:

1. Accumulation of points: You accumulate loyalty points by making purchases or participating in specific activities with an affiliated partner.
2. Checking points balance: You can check your loyalty points balance via the mobile application,
3. Choice of reward: Once you have accumulated a certain number of points, you can choose to exchange them for a product or service offered by the affiliate partner.
4. Conversion of points: Loyalty points will be converted into vouchers according to the conversion rate (1 point = 1 dinar).
5. Use of vouchers: You can use these vouchers to purchase the product or service chosen from the affiliated partner.
For example, if you have accumulated 100 loyalty points with partner X, you can exchange them for a 100 dinar voucher to use with partner X.
