I've been playing this game for a couple of years now. This was my commuter game. I love the dice rolling system, the rerolls, and the undo's. The levels of difficulty mixed with the rogue like mechanics make Slice & Dice configurable to how you want to play. Also, the ability to play in either horizontal or vertical is amazing. I've been playing vertically the last few days, and it feels more natural. I do miss the background art of horizontal.

In my experience, this might be one of the best mobile games out there. If you like rogue-likes, even a little, play the demo. Then buy the game, you will probably have hundreds of hours worth of content and it doesn't get stale. The combat system is unique and offers such an insane amount of possibilities. There's no other mobile game that beats the satisfaction of getting an entirely op build on slice & dice, and the difficulty can get ridiculously challenging if you get far enough.

Originally, I picked this game up as a time waster. Once I got through the demo (12 levels), I was given the option to buy the game and immediately blurted out to an empty room, "NINE DOLLARS?! For a mobile game?! Absolutely not." I rolled my eyes and closed the app. But then it called to me. I found myself wanting to see what another run might look like, because I'd actually lost the first game. "Well, maybe I just need another try..." An hour passed. I promptly bought it here AND on Steam!
