HOW IT WORKS
Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When collecting or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check-in.
If you have received an invitation code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features such as notifications if a load gets added or cancelled, and detailed instructions about your load. (Contact your motor carrier and ask if they participate in this programme).

I'm updating my review, it was 5 stars as the app constantly is improving! But there's currently a glitch on this app where it will not allow you to select your vehicle or manually place it in!? There's no way to contact anyone and this affects you from completing your load!

app keep freezing all the time, not responding quick,need to reinstall every time. it can cause you to arrive late and screw your score .mean no more work. of course amazon customer service they don't care.

it's a great app, but it also has an annoying issue that I've experienced. the app would sometimes stuck on your last location and would conclude to then navigate to the next job. So if that's your first of five jobs, then the other four will be without navigation or documentation of what your ment to be collecting. Now, obviouslythis is where the head office would have send via WhatsApp the codes needed , and sometimes it's not the same as what the app would have, . Thepp is always right.
