this is the worst app out there I wasted my money, the video keeps on lagging and buffering even after so many tries and following their help center guides, please don't subscribe they just leave you behind with a subscription paid. I asked for a refund they just told me they are fixing it and it's been 5 days plus. I wish some body knows like I do that this app of streaming service is just made to look at a long catalogue of movies and tv shows but be unable at all to stream anything.

The streaming is so slow, and the videos keep buffering even though my internet is super fast. And I tried contacting support, but no one got back to me. I was thinking about the annual plan, but I'm so glad I only did the two-month one now.

Why cant you download simultaneously in this mobile application. Even if you chose 2 download 2 episodes it will finish the first one and then the 2nd one will fail. Why dont you just remove the offline option altogether since it is very difficult and incovenient to use.
