The app has been really good most of the time. though I've noticed atleast twice now the app decides to log me out and not let me back in, essentially locking me out of using the app. When I login and it tries to verify using my already verified device, I can't do so because it just logs me out when I click the notification. even when trying to verify with a phone call it refuses to allow me to verify. The only solution is to delete the app and start again.

great app I have been using for many years. The only problem is - you can't cancel one-off scheduled payment. There's no option to cancel it. When u tap on upcoming payment and then the one which is one-off scheduled payment nothing happens. You can see all direct debits and subscriptions etc. but not this one. Please fix that.

Please get rid of the "Add Vantage to your account" button underneath the link to my current account on the home page. It's too easy to press it by accident. And also get rid of the "Open a Fixed Rate Bond" button underneath the link to my savings account. You're making the same mistake as Amazon do- you can't go anywhere on their app without accidently signing up for something you don't want.
